تلتزم رواسم (“نحن”، “لنا”) بحماية خصوصية مستخدمي تطبيق رواسم المحمول. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمع بياناتكم الشخصية واستخدامها وتأمينها عند استخدامكم لتطبيقنا المحمول.
**البيانات التي نجمعها:**
• **معلومات المصادقة:** اسم المستخدم، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور
• **معلومات المستخدم:** الاسم، رقم الموظف/المستخدم، القسم، ومعلومات أخرى متعلقة بحسابكم في نظام إدارة مؤسستكم

**كيفية استخدام بياناتكم:**
• لتوفير خدمات التطبيق والميزات المتاحة
• للمصادقة والتحقق من هويتكم
• لتسجيل وإدارة عمليات العمل (الحضور، الطلبات، المعاملات، وغيرها)
• لعرض معلوماتكم وحالة طلباتكم
• لتحسين التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم
• للتواصل معكم بشأن التحديثات والدعم
**تخزين البيانات والأمان:**
• يتم تخزين بياناتكم في قاعدة بيانات مؤسستكم المخصصة
• كل مؤسسة لديها قاعدة بيانات معزولة ولا يمكن للمؤسسات الأخرى الوصول إليها
• جميع عمليات نقل البيانات تستخدم التشفير HTTPS (TLS 1.2 أو أحدث)
• يتم تخزين بيانات الاعتماد بشكل آمن باستخدام التخزين الآمن
• نتبع معايير أمان صناعية لحماية معلوماتكم
**بيانات الموقع:**

• Your data is stored in your organization’s dedicated database
• Each organization’s data is isolated and not accessible by other organizations
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher)
• Credentials are stored securely using secure storage
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information
**Location Data:**
The app may request location permission to use certain features (such as attendance tracking). **Location data is only collected when you actively use features that require it**. We do not track your location continuously or in the background.
You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, but this may prevent you from using some features.

• **Your Organization:** Your data is shared with your organization’s HR department and relevant departments based on features used
